You can take almost any picture of you or someone else and modify it at your will. Make some things bigger, other smaller and other distorted. You can do almost anything. Update: no crashes or freezes

Fun to play around with making your features bigger or smaller, but not accurate expectations for real plastic surgery. It takes a little bit to get the hang of this app, but once you get it its pretty fun to "experiment." Update: no noticeable differences, but still fun to play with.

At first, I thought this app would be terrible just by its name, but it surprised me how interesting are the photo editing and distorting options. I would not say that its an essential medical tool, but its incredibly fun to take a photo and try a “what if” situation with someone’s pic.
